The Supersport: Classic Appearance, Modern Performance
Although the Supersport looks like a timeless icon, it is technically up to date. It stands on the innovative CXV aluminium platform, which is 10% stiffer than the Plus Six's CX platform, resulting in even sharper handling. Weighing only 1,170 kg and with a BMW B58 3.0-litre six-in-line engine under the bonnet, it boasts 335 hp of pure driving pleasure and accelerates it gets to 100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds. The engine, familiar from the BMW Z4 and Toyota Supra, is mated to a ZF 8-speed automatic, so count on smooth and quick shifts.
Timeless Design with a Modern Twist
Morgan is known for its unique style, and the Supersport continues that tradition. The hand-formed aluminium body retains the iconic shapes but offers aerodynamic improvements, such as 5% less drag and 20% less lift. A special feature is the choice between two faces: a removable carbon hardtop for a sleek coupé look or a folding mohair softtop for the ultimate open driving experience. For the first time in years, Morgan is also introducing a full boot, making the Supersport more practical for longer journeys.
Craftsmanship and Luxury in Harmony
The interior combines traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. Handcrafted wood panels are available in 11 finishes, while the analogue gauges are executed in Morgan's signature 'HFS' font, inspired by the original 1909 Morgan logo. The interior features a Sennheiser audio system, Bluetooth connectivity and wireless charging, seamlessly blending contemporary comfort with nostalgic charm. Every detail has been carefully designed with a minimalist and functional approach.
Driving pleasure in its purest form
At Morgan, the focus is never on extreme horsepower or fast lap times, but on balance, feel and the connection between driver and machine. Even now. Thanks to the steering that is 13% faster than that of the Plus Six and the stiffer suspension, you can count on an even more direct driving experience. For extra control, there is the optional Dynamic Handling Pack, with adjustable Nitron dampers and a limited-slip differential. Michelin Pilot Sport 5 tyres are fitted as standard, guaranteeing excellent grip - even on wet roads.
