Schaap en Citroen Jewellers together with Tudor Watch, is opening the watch brand's first pop-up boutique in Amsterdam. You will find it at 49 PC Hooftstraat and it will be open until 31January 2024....
Tudor is still sometimes seen as the little brother of Rolex, but is now, of course, much more than that. Namely an award-winning Swiss-made watch brand offering mechanical watches with refined aesthetics, proven reliability and unique value for money.
The history of Tudor dates back to 1926 when 'The Tudor' was first registered on behalf of Rolex founder Hans Wilsdorf. He founded the Montres Tudor SA Company in 1946 to offer watches with the quality and reliability of a Rolex, at a more accessible price. As a result, Tudor watches became the choice of 'people with guts' throughout history.
Tudor is adventurous
The Tudor signature is therefore #BornToDare. It reflects both the history of the brand and what it stands for today. It recounts the adventures of individuals, mostly anonymous, who have achieved the extraordinary on land, on ice, in the air or underwater, with a Tudor watch on their wrist. It also refers to the vision of Hans Wilsdorf, the founder who made Tudor watches to withstand extreme conditions and for the most daring lifestyles. Finally, it testifies to the pioneering approach to watchmaking that made Tudor what it is today. Today, the T collection includes emblematic models such as Black Bay, Pelagos, Glamour and 1926. Since 2015, Tudor has offered exclusive mechanical Manufactuur calibres with different functions.

The temporary 50m space reflects the Swiss know-how and the different facets of the brand, such as the Tudor Pro-Cycling, the Alinghi Red Bull Racing and the World Surf League. Moreover, the unique Tudor style of red, black and grey colour tones combined with a mix of high-quality finishes characterises the interior of this pop-up boutique.
Unique in the Netherlands
The TUDOR pop-up boutique offers a wide range of men's and women's timepieces, including a range of classic, sports, diving and historical watches. Featuring the Black Bay 58 Bronze Boutique Edition, available exclusively at this pop-up, a first on the Dutch market.
