Recipe for the Talisker Sea Sour cocktail

     Ingredients:

• 50 ml Talisker 10
• 30 ml lemon juice
• 15 ml honey
• 1 protein
• 3 shots of (celery) bitter
• 1 lemon peel
• Ice

Preparation:

1. Put all the liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker and add plenty of ice. 
2. Shake and double sieve
3. Serve plain or with ice cream
4. Garnish with lemon peel
5. Enjoy!
